Expat mom leaves Japan after nearly 4 yrs. to begin a new adventure living in New Jersey, then moves to NYC 7 yrs later. But then moves to Chicago.

Sad Day
Had a sad day today when Gilbert’s remains got delivered. A beautiful wooden box with his ashes, I expected. I did not expect the leather box with his paw print in clay, inside. Sure do miss him!!
