A few pics from today

These are the recreation of the Oval Office from the Obama Presidential Center. (Note: no tacky gold bullshit like the current occupant)

After walking along the lake we ended up in Chinatown for dinner.

 

Shindig

Private client shindig at the planetarium. Very nice event. Free food and booze, access to the planetarium and lots of activities going on inside. Had a great time.

 

Sunday

 Hot day today. Spent some time at the lake then went to the Sunday concert in the park. A nice day out.

Last Day

On my last day we went for a little walk around Hudson Gardens before lunch.

It was pretty warm but we toughed it out.

Had such a great time in CO!

It ended too soon.

 

Day 3

As usual, I’m having trouble getting the pictures to go on in the right order.

First stop today was the wildlife refuge where saw mostly prairie dogs and bison. This bison got up like he was getting up to charge at us, so we left.

Later we went to the basketball social club and had a great time reliving our high school basketball days.

Day 2

 Treasure Hunt day. Alas, we fid not find the treasure. We felt like we were close but it wasn’t there to be found. (Does it even actually exist?) Even so,  we had a great day hiking in the mountains and stopped in Breckenridge for a meal and some shopping. Another great day!

Day 1

 Arrived in Colorado and started setting for a backyard county fair party. Lots of good food, games, prizes and fun with friends.
