Last day of the big visit, we wandered about a haunted pumpkin patch! Big fun on another gorgeous day.

9 years ago today
It was 9 years ago today that our dad passed away. We remembered him today with pizza and Miller High Life! Miss you, Big!
Visit Day 1
Day 1 of a visit to mom and sis. Had a nice welcome basket waiting upon arrival. The weather couldn’t be more beautiful. Played a few rounds of Old Maid on the patio. They really go all out on the Halloween decorations here.

Sunday
Another nice fall day. We headed towards Central Park and came across this film shoot area. We think it might have been a Mrs. Masiel. Lots of old cars and trucks lining the street. We walked around Central Park, stopped by a used bookstore, did a wine tasting and happened on to a street procession put on by a Peruvian church carrying a religious item called the Lord of Miracles (or possibly the board of miracles, it was a bit hard to understand the policeman we asked).
