MoMA

MoMA has finally opened back up.
[No volunteers at this time :( ]
I went this morning. It was so quiet and empty.
Most of the time, there was just me and the security guards in the galleries. Every once in a while I would come across another person. It was weird, but it was also nice to not have a huge crowd.
They checked my temperature before allowing me in and then I was free to roam.

Some recent scenes

On a walk near the UN.

A sewing project I've been working on. Not sure what I'll do with them.

Piano concert in Bryant Park.

Napper.

Napping again.

Saw this and thought it was cute.

Went to the Bloomingdales flagship store for the first time. These enormous shoes were on one level.

Another concert.

Socrates Sculpture Park

I read an article about a sculpture park that was open, in Astoria, so we hopped a ferry and went to check it out.

We landed and headed toward the park, walking past a little beach area.

We finally made it to the park, going through the back entrance it seemed.

This sculpture thing was the picture in the article. It was the largest thing there.

Next came this, I still haven't had time to read it.

This is the park.

Not sure if this is a sculpture.

Not sure if this is a work in progress or a finished sculpture.

A nice little corner with plants.

The front gate and entry.

The best sculptures were hidden behind this dumpster for some unknown reason.
Seems suspicious to me.

Leaving the sculpture park through the front gate, we saw this gal walking some dogs.
Note the little one with wheels.

A couple of pics from Astoria. Not planning to go back.

Wearing the fanny pack my hubby got me for my birthday from the dollar store.

Times Square Stroll

Took a stroll through Times Square a week or so ago. Traffic is picking up and more people are in the area. Unfortunately, one of those people was this nude gal who was trying really hard to get people to notice her. Didn't seem like anyone was paying any attention to her at all.
