Traffic came to a standstill during a confrontation with an EDI (emotionally disturbed individual). The EDI can be seen in the middle pic wearing a red dress. They apparently used a blue pole of some sort to break windows out of cars. The police were able to talk them down, got them on a stretcher and taken off to Bellevue, without anyone getting shot or dying from a chokehold or knee to the neck! Hurray!
