Replaced the soap dispenser myself

The soap dispenser broke quite a while ago. Hubby got a replacement last weekend.

It laid on the counter for several days and yesterday I decided to replace it myself.

And I did. 

It even works!

Trip into the City

A Lovely day for a trip into NYC. 

Decided to do a church tour.

First stop St Patrick's Cathedral.

St Pat wants to make it easy for you to donate by any means possible.

Next stop, Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church.

                                     Next, St Bartholomew's Episcopal Church.
                    The blue glow was only visible in the photos. Stunning.

Interior decorated in the Byzantine style with mosaics.

Lastly, the St Thomas Church, built in authentic gothic style using Kentucky limestone inside and out.

A stop at Rudy's before heading home.

Elvis Tribute

Went to an Elvis concert. The guy did a pretty good job.
First half was '68  Comeback Special' special Elvis, second half was older, fringed Elvis. 
The band was good too.

New Rug

Got a great deal on a rug at an estate sale.

Curious Muncher

While working in the basement, a small of herd of deer came through the backyard looking for food.

One little guy or gal got right up to the window.

Finally got our official property survey.
