Big News

Big News! We are going to be moving in the next couple of months!
Going to leave the quiet countryside and head to the big city.
And so the work begins. Of course, I'm coming across zillions of old photos.
The minute I think there can't possibly be any more, I find a whole other box of them.

Sick Boy

Took Gil to the emergency vet last Sunday. He'd had diarrhea and vomiting since Friday and I was afraid to let it go another day. He got a subcutaneous fluid injection, antidiarrheal and an antibiotic. He's on the mend now, but no idea what caused it.

Cape May

Having never been to Cape May, we decided to have a little weekend get-away there (off season) before prices went up.

Some shops and restaurants were not yet open but many were.

Took Gil to the state park, but alas, no pets allowed except in parking lot.

World War II bunker

After taking Gil back to room, we returned and explored the area.

Geese blocking the path. We turned around and went a different route.

The quaint little hotel we stayed in. Very nice.

Went of my pre-diabetic diet and had some pancakes and potatoes. Yum!
