Catching Up

Below are the posts from the last few weeks. After the boy's birthday, we moved and I was off line for a while. Back in business now, so there are several posts catching you up on most of the action.

Girl Came to Town

The girl came to town on a business trip, so we got to spend time with both of them Saturday. Went to the Met then walked through Central Park and had dinner together. It was a great day!

Hat Exhibition

Nearly 2 weeks after the move I was finally able to get out of the house. Went on a field trip with my craft group to a hat exhibit. Nice day out.

Exploring

The following weekend we decided to explore the land. I felt I should get completely suited up. Also took pad and pen to get details of anything unusual and try to map the area.

Weird substance.

Boneyard.

Loads of deer come through the yard. The family below are frequent visitors. Blake, Mildred, Tim and Felicity.

   Also seen almost daily is a fox, called Copper.  

 Not pictured are 2 groundhogs, unnamed and 2 geese; Henry and Myrtle.

New House

Finally got to move to our new house. The boy came to help. We moved most of it that day, then hubby and I finished up the next day. We had some movers come to do the few big pieces the following day.

New neighbors stopped in with flowers and coffee cake.

Dinner 1st night.

Bed 1st night. After 30,000 plus steps on day one, it was good to take a rest.

Getting one room pulled together.

Boys Birthday

The boy had his 21st birthday. We took him to a pub for his first beer. They didn't even card him. Oh well. Also seen below wearing the ascot I made him.
