Looking out the bathroom window the other morning, I saw the little family: Fawn, the mother and Harold and Heather the twins. Heather came up on the driveway.
Expat mom leaves Japan after nearly 4 yrs. to begin a new adventure living in New Jersey, then moves to NYC 7 yrs later. But then moves to Chicago.

Free concert with Elvis a couple weeks ago. It was pretty good. He sounded and looked like the real deal.

School Clothes
Lucky I found this cool pattern. Now I can start making the boy his school clothes for this year!
Back Yard Berries
Picked some berries in my backyard last month. Mostly Blackberries but a few raspberries still hanging on. It seems that deer are also eating the berries. I was able to walk in their paths through the weeds. Very tasty, but not nearly as big or good as we used to pick at the Old West Place when we were growing up.
