Went back to the market this week and lo and behold, they had more morels!

Wednesday Night's Protest

Went to a protest on Wednesday. I guess it didn't do any good. Seems the republican senators aren't interested in finding out the facts and hearing from witnesses.

Sunday was sunny and we walked about town.

Catching Up

Catching up from last weekend. We went to the So French Cabaret. An excellent evening of songs in French and English in the vein of Edith Piaf.

We took an urban hike across the Queen's borough bridge on a nice, sunny Sunday.

By some stroke of luck, I found this basket of morels at the market! I tried not to be greedy, but I did go back the next day for another bunch. They were soooo tasty!

But where did they come from at this time of year?
