Mixology Class

 Finally used my Christmas present certificate for the mixology class. We learned how to mix all the ingredients to make our cocktail inventions and how to fix mistakes. It was a nice day out.

Meals On Wheels

I used to volunteer for Meals on Wheels. 

I know how much those people depended on the meals and the visit with the people delivering the meals. This is a disgrace!

 We had a nice day out with our girl. Went to The Other Art Fair in Ravenswood then had a drink at Koval.

Third Coast Soif

Went to the Third Coast Soif yesterday, a gathering of wine makers, distributors and enthusiasts. Met some nice people and tasted some good wines.

Sunday Funday

 Photos are in reverse order. After our gym classes, we took the bus downtown on a sunny Sunday. We walked along Michigan Avenue and popped into the South Loop Farmers Market in Watertower Place. 

Then went along the lake for awhile and had a sit down in the sun. Happened on to a happy hour with very good food and drink. Afterwards we did a recon to a speakeasy we’d never been to and lo and behold we got right in! It was pretty cool. We ubered home and had some Dominos before bed. A nice day.
