How is This Allowed?

How is an American President allowed to treat citizens this way? I don’t understand how the American people can let him get away with threatening citizens (school kids)! He is so corrupt! Wake up America, before it’s too late!

 

Last Morning

Now it’s time to return home. I give the beautiful kitty a final brush before heading out to pick up our mom for breakfast.

After breakfast we walked around a park enjoying the lovely day before Sis drove me to the airport. A short be very sweet visit!

 

Day 3

Day 3 we drove up to the mountains to search for a treasure. I thought I had pinpointed an area that was a lil spot for it.

There was snow on the ground and it was chilly.

The first place we looked was a dud.  No treasure there.

The second stop seemed more promising.

I charged out into the brush after seeing something metal I the field. It tuned out to be a rusty bucket.

We looked high and low.

We did get to see some spectacular views and some old mining equipment.

We had lunch at the Silver Dollar Saloon, built in 1879.

We made one more stop to search on our way out of town, but it too, resulted in a fail. We’ll have to try again.

 

Days 1and 2

In Colorado visiting mom and sis.  Taught them a line dance, had a crafternoon, played some games and had a birthday party.

Nice Day

A beautiful sunny day on Saturday. Spent some time in nature and ended up with an excellent Pizza at Vito and Nick’s.

 

Christmas in May?

My poinsettia thinks it’s Christmas!

Great Weekend

Our friends came up for the weekend. There was a cool wind but the sun came out instead of raining. (as was predicted by the NWS which has had so many cuts thanks to trump and musk that the forecast can longer be trusted)

We went to a White Sox game (where got bobble heads of Dick Allen and a first game certificate. Then went to Flo and Santos to watch the Derby. Afterwards, we hit Buddy Guy’s and saw Harmonica Hinds do a set.

Had a really nice time!
