Nice Weekend

Took a nice trip to Indiana to visit friends. Had a wonderful time as always. Went to a golfing place and played three games. Somehow I ended up winning two of them even though I was the worst golfer.

We had loads of fun.

Outdoor Concert

A nice Sunday afternoon concert in a local park. Beautiful weather and the band was quite good!

 

Ikebana Walk

Went to the Ikebana Walk along Southport Ave in the Lakeview neighborhood.  Some of the exhibits were pretty good.

 

A Nice Sunday Afternoon

After Sunday’s pop up rain storm, we headed downtown on the bus. We first to went to an Art Fair then walked north for an hour or so, passing through the loop, across the river and along the lake. Ended up at a nice lake front restaurant and after dinner, discovered a live band outside that was pretty good, called The Back Country Boys.
