Gettysburg

Hubby took a couple days off last week, so we went to Gettysburg PA. Its was nice.

Took several tours. Pics below are a walking tour including Cemetery Ridge.

Ghost tour in downtown G-Burg with Leila. Didn't see any ghosts, but she knew a lot more history than the ranger Lydia who gave us our first tour at the park.

We took a battlefield bus tour the next day. The guide was excellent.

                               Took another ghost tour the second evening. Still didn't see any ghosts. I guess you have to stay up past 9pm if you want any paranormal action. Unfortunately we didn't.

Protest March

The boy and I did our part in keeping America great, by protesting the Trump administration's zero tolerance and family separation policy in NYC.

After the last hike of the season, there was a potluck, British afternoon tea.

Foxy

 One of the foxes was hanging out in the back yard the other morning. 
She sat around scratching for awhile, then got up, heading towards the side and stopped to pee on the way out.

2 years later, the bio-swale is finally being put in. After they left the first day, I spent some time collecting rocks to edge 2 flower beds and make a fire pit. 

I haven't made the fire pit yet.
