Hubby has been off work, so there’s been lots of walking around and doing stuff. A small example below, saw Richard III at the Delacorte Theatre in Central Park. Walked up to Harlem to the Harlem Biscuit Company for the best biscuits! Also revisited an Ethiopian restaurant we used to go to. It was ok but I don’t think I’ll go back.
Went to the Kimono Exhibit at the Met. There were beautiful examples of kimono, yukata and obi as well as some noh costumes. Also nice examples of embroidery and sashiko techniques. There were vintage examples as well as modern styles inspired by kimono. A very nice exhibition.

Took a ferry to the beach yesterday. The water was cold. A storm rolled in quickly in the afternoon. We made it back to the ferry without getting wet.
