South Side Seaport

 Went down to the South Side Seaport to a vintage flea market and walk around(got over 20k steps).

The Tin Building was finally open. The building,  built in 1907, was closed in 2005 after  serving nearly  200 years as a wholesale fish market. They spent over 8 years restoring it and it now houses a food hall, grocery emporium and restaurants.

Ukrainian Museum

Stopped in to the Ukrainian Museum this weekend. It was the last day for the Russian War Crimes Exhibit. There were photos and video images from the war showing atrocities committed by the Russians. Some photos below.

There were other Ukrainian exhibits and art pieces as well.

The building itself was beautiful. A mansion built by James Duke in 1912.

New York Society Library

Popped into the New York Society Library to see their fashion exhibit. The exhibit wasn’t much to look at but the building was interesting.

 

Lincoln Center

Went to a concert at the Lincoln Center.

There was also a craft fair and whiskey tasting on the grounds.

 

Gala

 Went to a fundraising gala for Lung cancer at the Metropolitan Club. It was a beautiful venue. They raised a great deal of money.
