Catching Up.......Finally

 I made a recipe from Pinterest for a cauliflower cake. I sort of stuck to the recipe. It was good.

Another recipe from Pinterest. This one, red lentil tortillas.

 

Not from Pinterest, an excellent fudge brownie recipe using up some leftover red wine that was too sweet to drink. It was more fudge than brownie and taste was excellent!

A walk north along the river on a beautiful day, last weekend.
