Expat mom leaves Japan after nearly 4 yrs. to begin a new adventure living in New Jersey, then moves to NYC 7 yrs later. But then moves to Chicago.

Gil's 5th birthday party
Well, its hard to believe, but Gil turned 5 this week. He also met 2 new playmates and is looking forward to playing with them more often. Here are a few photos from his party. He didn't really want to wear the hat, but he did so that he could get to the gifts. He got a Japanese style kong like thing and a soft, squeaky bone toy! Happy Birthday, Gilly.
