Overheard on the Street this Morning

Gil and I were out for his morning constitutional earlier when a guy came up to another guy to talk about the protest here last night. 
He mentioned the heavy rain and how that broke it up. 
Then he said, "My cousin is a homicide detective and he said if someone gets violent with a cop, they ain't going to jail, they're going to the hospital! Doing it old school. Like when we grew up."
Now THAT is exactly the thing that we need to get rid of. His cousin needs removed from the force. Along with all his buddies that are thinking and behaving in the same way!
