Started out the day (Christmas Eve) with a walk downtown and checking out the City Market.
Next stop, the Old Slave Mart/Museum. An actual sight where they held slave auctions with a well done museum inside.
The afternoon activity was a harbor history cruise. We were unable to go to Forts Sumter and Moultrie, thanks to the shutdown.
Saw a dolphin.

After dinner, thought we should have some bourbon since we were in the south.
After walking back to the room, we all loaded into the car and headed to the Festival of Lights on James Island. Gil enjoyed it.
