In case you were wondering, I finally couldn't stand the clown hair anymore and went to Great Clips and got the $14 haircut. Its okay. It'll tide me over till I find somewhere else to go. 
Expat mom leaves Japan after nearly 4 yrs. to begin a new adventure living in New Jersey, then moves to NYC 7 yrs later. But then moves to Chicago.
